Medterra: 60-Second Summary
We applaud Medterra for placing such importance on not only sourcing USA-grown, organic hemp, but also going the distance by providing up-to-date, third-party Certificates of Analysis for each innovative product they offer. Were we to hear more about their charitable endeavors, Medterra would earn a perfect score.

Medterra Brand Review
Medterra demonstrates an understanding of several important facets of being in the cannabis industry, namely the importance of local economy and using hemp grown right here in the United States – all of their products and raw materials are grown and processed in Kentucky.
Additionally, Medterra acknowledges the importance of testing for common contaminants (such as heavy metals, pesticides, and residual solvents), and claim that each product is third-party tested before being sold. There are Certificates of Analysis posted with each item that show the cannabinoid and terpene profiles of the oil used and that their oil is free of residual solvents, pesticides, herbicides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, and other common contaminants.
Products on Medterra range in price from $35 to $70, and are mostly very simple and thoughtful formulations; they use CBD isolate and MCT oil for drops and capsules (their topical product contains some not-so-great ingredients like propylene glycol).
But we have a more serious concern with the product, ‘Medoil Dissolvable Sleep Tablets’. Many medical professionals agree that the industry standard of 3mg of melatonin in the average supplement is already a bit excessive (more sustainable doses are somewhere in the 350ug range). The inclusion of a whopping 10mg of melatonin in this product is extremely concerning. While the testimonials are numerous, and the price points are good, we urge the consumer to always be cautious. That said, most evidence points to Medterra being a solid CBD brand.
Medterra Featured Products
When you’re looking for the best cannabidiol experience possible, finding a trustworthy company is only half the battle. Once you get to the store, there can be any number of products on the shelves, and it’s not always obvious what makes each item different—or worth your hard-earned cash.
Don’t worry, that’s where we at COR come in. We not only break down what makes a CBD company worthwhile, we take the time to examine the ins and outs of their inventories.
And Medterra has no shortage of noteworthy CBD products for sale.
CBD Tinctures

When it comes to safety and quality, Medterra’s CBD gel caps offer all the same advantages as the company’s tinctures.
The MCT carrier oil-based pods use the same third-party tested CBD isolate oil, filtered by the industry-standard CO2 extraction method and grown from the same USA-based hemp. But the company then wraps them up in a gelatin (read: not vegetarian-friendly) container for a slightly more portable version of the stuff.
As CBD edibles, capsules also break down differently in the body, typically resulting in a less-powerfully-felt but longer-lasting effect—but these Medterra’s products are still plenty potent.
Gelcaps come in 25mg and 50mg strengths, with 30 capsules in every bottle, for a total of 750mg and 1500mg of cannabidiol, respectively. The less potent mixture retails for $60 while the more powerful stuff sells for $95.

Medterra’s cannabidiol isn’t just safe to absorb inside your body.
The company produces a CBD topical cream, specially formulated to zap soreness in muscles and joints and leave a cool, tingly sensation on the skin.
Making the item particularly special, however, isn’t just the cannabidiol. It’s everything else.
Skin is our body’s largest organ, yet skincare items are some of the most typically toxic stuff a company sells. Not so with Medterra’s CBD topical cream, which is made from a bevy of all safe and almost entirely all-natural and organic ingredients.
The 3.4-ouce bottle comes in two strengths: 250mg, which sells for $50, and 750mg, which goes for $90.
Good Morning CBD Capsules

Another unique product lining Medterra’s shelves is the company’s Morning CBD Capsules.
The gelatin-based gelcaps are filled with a range of natural pick-me-ups, including vitamins B6 and B12, which round out the CO2-extracted, third-party tested cannabidiol oil.
At 25mg of CBD oil a shot, the product—which retails for $70 a bottle—is akin to drinking a morning cup of cannabidiol-infused coffee, without having to worry about cleaning up any grounds.
Dissolvable Sleep Tablets

For those who’d prefer some help on the other end of the sleeping spectrum, Medterra also offers a line of tablets intended to help promote a good night’s rest.
The tablets combine 25mg of cannabidiol with 10mg of melatonin, a naturally-occurring substance that promotes sleep. The zero-THC tablets come in bottles of 30, which sell for $70. And with high-quality CBD oil and a valid Certificate of Analysis from a third-party lab included, there’s no reason to worry about nightmares.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Absolute WORST customer service EVER!! They lost my package and first told me to “wait it out” after 10 days of it being lost. Then I called them and the guy assured me he was expediting a replacement that I’d have Friday… – Well, Fri comes around so I checked the order status and the guy never even put the replacement order in! I call back AGAIN and the girl assures me she’s got my expedited order in-hand and is walking it to shipping herself. Well, guess what?… She never put the order in either! TOTAL SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! – WORST. COMPANY. EVER!!!
This is a major spam organization. They hound buyers with phone calls and emails with unsubscribe links that don’t work. And all their communication contains bogus email addresses. No matter how good the product is – and it is average – dealing with this company is not worth the headaches.
I too made a purchase of CBD oil last month – and now they have sent another shipment of oil that I had not ordered. I do not like being placed in an auto ship status for a product and intend to pursue this matter with the company further to have it removed.
This isn’t a scam is it?
Great results so far
I talked with Medterra through several emails and they told me that I had “Inadvertently” had a subscription which I never gave authorization for.
They apologized, said they would refund my $30 for my stop payment fee to my bank.
Here it is Saturday, December 8th 2018,I just checked my checking account and they ARE TRYING TO DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN FOR $127.46 FOR ANOTHER UNAUTHORIZED ORDER!!!!!
DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I now have to cancel my checking account and get a new account, and this is going to cause me all sorts of headaches.
Completely untrustworthy company, unethical, and words I’m not going to say.
Thinking I possibly bringing legal action against them
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WITHIN 3 DAYS THEY HAVE DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT ???
Are these CBD products full spectrum?
No
