TerraGold Plus is off to a great start with cleanly cultivated Colorado hemp and all-natural ingredients. They appear to be a genuine and consciously motivated CBD brand that wants to make their mark on the holistic healing movement. TerraGold has pure, potent CBD products we believe to pass the test for quality. If the company can post contaminants tests and publicly disclose their CBD extraction method, they’ll easily earn more badges.

The story behind TerraGold reads like many of the other authentic CBD brands out there. The two families behind TerraGold became fed up with the traditional routes provided by modern medicine to help them deal with illness and injuries. Upon discovering the natural effects of CBD oil, their lives were transformed, and they wanted to offer this all-natural transformation to other families searching for optimal health.

Their name references the combo of terra (earth) with the sun (gold) and points to their holistic and environmental inclinations. TerraGold believes Mother Earth is the best healer, but also wants to protect and sustain her. They donate a generous $1 of every online order to One Tree Planted, a nonprofit that rebuilds forests and supports their thriving. All in all, it’s pretty obvious that TerraGold practices what they preach.

First off, we don’t know their extraction method, so we cannot verify quality 100%. Their hemp is grown in Colorado, but we don’t have a residual solvents test to view that proves a nasty solvent like butane isn’t present.

This brings us to the next issue, a lack of contaminants tests. TerraGold has updated cannabinoid profiles for every SKU (applause), but in order to qualify for the Safety Badge, they’ll need to post contaminants results for residual solvents, pesticides, microbiological impurities, and heavy metals. These tests need not be run on every single SKU — though some elite CBD vendors do this — but only on their batch of CBD oil used to make the product.

Bottom Line – TerraGold Plus is a family operation with clean, affordable, and high-quality CBD products. We just need to know their extraction method and see some contaminants tests to verify quality and safety with our methodology.
